Kenai Premier BBQ Chicken Meatballs


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs or panko
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Kenai Premier BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg, chili powder, onion, paprika, salt, applesauce.
  2. Form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Fry in olive oil until browned on all sides.
  4. Add BBQ sauce and heat until sauce thickens and clings to meatballs, about 5 minutes.
